Man vs Food is a real "hoot of a program". Adam , the host, is not only funny he loves to eat and a lot. He always picked great 2 restaurants to try and then 1 for a great challenge. Here is a run down of season 2.

The Fat Sandy: chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, two cheeseburgers, and fried potato wedges, slathered in macaroni and cheese. Says Adam Richman, "It's like moving a baby, you have to support the head." Then the Super Fat Daddy: six cheeseburgers, french fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, a pound of Philly steak, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and seventeen slices of cheese, with a layer of cheddar cheese sauce for good measure.

Man Vs. Food possibilities for Kansas City
This show is great. Great challenges, interesting foods and meals , restaurants and more. And the main man Adam Richie is funny, clever and has an "iron stomach" most of the time.

I was here with a friend after a movie visit. This place is very interesting with different kinds of grinders, pizza and more. Very funky sort of place with an interesting menu and lots to offer for lunch and dinner. I had a meatball grinder which was quite good.
Someday I will be back to try other parts of the menu. Maybe the insanely hot chicken wings ((Wimpy, Molten, or the absolutely insane "Death Sauce) on Wed Half-price Death Wings and $12 Bucket-O-Beer (domestics only). This also might make a good effort for Travel Channel's Man Vs. Food.

Food Finds : The Hotest Pasta in the world (it's in Cambridge, MA baby!)
I worked at Harvard University for 3 astronomy projects. I loved just strolling down to Cambridge and trying the Caribbean, Thai and other food. While I took in many restaurants, I missed this place. I was in Providence in March but I wish I was also back in April to run up to Boston and try this famous night’s hottest entrees. A special night and a menu that includes the hottest delectable entrees featured here in the entertaining Travel Channel’s Man vs Food.
The hottest grub was rated on a scale of 1-9 with the hottest being the Pasta from Hell, the featured entree of this episode while engaged with the East Coast Grill not rated #32 most popular restaurant and the #9 (now) best fine dining rating.

The hottest pasta in the World uses the hottest goat chili. He survived it. I don’t usually go for really hot items preferring to opt for spicy and flavorful versus just HOT.
When I make it here sometime I might try the
9.50
Smoked Duck Leg ... with Pineapple - Red Curry, Coconut & Chick Pea Crisp (4 Bombs)
or
9.50
Dry Fried Chile Squid Taco ...with Roasted Green Chili
or
Boston Bay Spit - Roasted Jerk 1/2 Chicken ... with Inner Beauty Hot Sauce, Banana Guava Ketchup, Rice N' Beans, Plantains & Callaloo Greens (5 Bombs)
17.50

Restaurant TV Finds : Man vs Food Brick Lane Curry House curry challenge
I grew up in Providence and get back to New England usually every year. I was in New York recently but missed these places. When I go back I will hit these places that were recently featured in Man vs Food (Travel Channel).
It’s Kosher style not kosher (I need to try Nathan’s truly Kosher restaurant someday too) but for most people that is not a big deal. The 1 lb hoagie sounds great. Here they sell corned beef and pastrami (10,000 lbs in one week). I love knishes ( almost like Jewish empanadas) so the ones here sound good.
I love fried chicken and this place does it right. I find it interesting that at Sylvia’s fried chicken
is marinated wit h spices 24 hours ahead, marinate then floured and fried.
But then on the show BRICK LANE CURRY HOUSE where the host took on the reputed hottest curry in the world. As the host Adam Richie said himself, Indian Vindaloo is “child’s play” compared to this curry. 10 ingredients, Thai chili, habanero and the “terror” . They wore gas masks as it was cooked. He used milk and mango lassi but does not look like much. He defeated the Phaal (Curry) Challenge by taking down the rest of the curry sauce with rice after finishing the curried chicken within the sauce. Not many have done this. One day I Will try the place but not this challenge. I prefer a variety here curry not so hot though.
