I've been to Chicago several times and eaten at different places, seen the museums and more. I've also been to Ming Tsai's Blue Ginger in MA. I was his show on PBS and then found this article how he migrated from the Food Network to PBS. Someday I will be able to hit is restaurant at night and maybe ask him a question. For now read on:
