Bill Cosby: A humorus Culinary story

Eric Felten, a columnist for the Walt Street Journal wrote this interesting food story about one of Bill Cosby's, culinary adventures. Mr. Cosby could not understand some menus but he just ordered thinking whatever would come would be good. What arrived was a barbecued sparrow "compete with head, feet, toenails- everything". He "wanted " to eat his mistake" but how? In a true American way, he put the bird between two pieces of bread for a sandwich and gobbled it down. It did not sit well, in Mr. Cosby's stomach. He did not feel well. Nothing helped except finally trying bitter drink called Fernet-Branca. As the article said " the bird saw this elixir coming and started running and "so did " Mr. Cosby.
It has been used as a morning after concoction and a stomach settler. As someone said " when you down your Fernet, , you're so happy it's gone you're bound to feel better".
I've never tasted and I probably won't. If you have email me and tell me what you thought.
