I like the Chili Pepper magazine which has many different recipes and interesting information. One of the 3 chefs highlighted in the September 2008 issue is Jon Bonnell from Ft. Worth. What I found most interesting is that he started out as a science/math teacher and then after doing some restaurant work went to culinary school in Vermont to continue his culinary career. His place has won a lot of awards.
The recipe he has that I would like to make is Jalapeno Mac n Goat Cheese. Sounds very interesting. If he sends it back to me I will post it here
