Indian recipes on the internet

This site has some very nice India oriented recipes that I have tried. These recipes are similar to some Indian recipes that I have had at Paradise India and Korma Sutra in Overland Park, KS and Rasoi in Pawtucket (next to Providence, RI)

Lentils and Rice Recipe
Here, lentils are cooked with whole and ground spices, potato, rice and onion to produce a tasty and nutritious meal. Red split lentils are widely available in most supermarkets. Before cooking they are salmon-colored and they turn a pale, dull yellow during cooking. They have a mild, pleasant, and nutty flavor. Soaking them in water speeds up the cooking process but isn't strictly necessary.
