Mongolian food: some I like - this one in Lawrence well the regular buffet is better

I have been to Mongolian buffets in Washington state, Kansas City, Olathe, KS and now here . That's how they rate their performance in order so here goes.
The one in Washington state had fresh salmon on the buffet so it was the best Mongolian. Kansas City one is not bad. I like the fact that they display different types of sauces that go with their name, the ingredients and what best it goes with. If you don't have the right combination of sauce with the whole " hodge-podge" you put together, the meal is not going to taste all that good. And so it is here. The Mongolian part is not that great. What they had for sushi in the back did not look that great and there was little variety. The rest of the entrees are plentiful and tasty but none of them really stood out in my mind. So that is why when I am in Lawrence and want to go for Asian food, I usually go down the road East near the outskirts to the Japanese - Asian fare restaurant.
