In Iowa, a spice company decided it wanted to help out the icy conditions while using some of their excess salt. So a lot of garlic salt was used. Here is the video showing some additional visual information about this unusual concoction. A TV station KMBC tried out how well the garlic salt worked and it did well. So pass the garlic salt and use it if you don't have regular salt. (once you get past the promo ad, you will see the garlic salt in process!)
